What exactly does the sourcing commission cover?+

Sourcing, supplier vetting, price negotiation, contract, production monitoring, coordination of inspection and shipping, and one dedicated manager in a single chat. Inspection and freight are billed separately at published rates, always quoted before you commit, never after.

How do payments work? Is my money safe?+

You sign a contract with our Hong Kong entity and pay by bank transfer or card: 30% to start production, 70% after you approve the inspection report. The factory gets paid by us, so your money is never wired to an unknown supplier. Every shipment is insured.

What if the goods arrive defective?+

The pre-shipment inspection catches defects at the factory, before the 70% payment. If something still slips through in transit, cargo insurance and our contract cover replacement or refund. Across 3,200+ clients our claim rate is under 1%.

How long does shipping from China take?+

Air: 7–12 days. Sea: 30–45 days to the US or EU. Rail to Europe: 20–28 days. All DDP: duties, HTS classification and customs clearance included, so the day we quote is the day it lands at your warehouse or FBA.
